Ok thanks for all your help
I wanted a script , not hyper that has to be called by a button etc
but I did solve my poblem
my problem was originally caused by installing tiger and hence my printer
didnt work ... latter someone told me that I have to partion my disk for
os 9 and tiger
but for now I earased my disk and put panther back on and I had a nice
program called keyauencher which allowed me assign keys to various things
but I couldnt get keyquencher to work again ... but finally did succeed ..
a great program one can find in twocows seach .....
some day when I have the time and energy, I will partion my disk and try
that tiger again.

I'm glad you solved your problem. Why were you asking for an
AppleScript solution, originally?

Best,

Mark
