Default How can I connect to Microsoft SQL Server 2000 from Mac OS 9 system?

Hi,

I am developing Quark Xtenstion and my client want to connect to "Microsoft
SQL Server 2000" database through internet.

I'm a Korean, and almost every mac users are working on OS 9 and QuarkXpress
3.3. The server's OS is Windows 2000 which is running Microsoft SQL Server
2000.

Is it possible anyway?

If so, what is the best way to connect to it?

I'll be appreciated for your answer.

Have a nice day.

Thank you very much for prompt advise.

I'm testing the samples and sources that are available on the web site.

I hope I could find the solution but I'm not sure.

If I find out it I'll post the answer.

Thanks.

Hi,
I'm not a OS9 person so I don't know if these will be of help to you.
The first one is a C lib and the other is java based.

www.freetds.org
jtds.sourceforge.net

Good luck,
Mark
