Hi,

I have a problem with quick time version. I have the last version of
iTunes and another software, Longman TOEFL multimedia, that both use
different versions of QuickTime. When I want to use one of them, it
wants me to uninstall the other version and reinstall its own version.
Can any one guide me with the situation?

Thanks

Hi Kaveh,

Which version of Mac OS are you using?
iTunes should accept the latest version of QuickTime, but might
ask for at least QT 6.x or 7.x. If Longman TOEFL multimedia asks
for an older version of QT, I'd contact the publisher of the
software and ask for a free update. Requiring old software seems
a bug to me which the publisher should fix.

Now the main question: was Longman TOEFL multimedia created with
HyperCard? ;-)

Best,

Mark

Hi Mark,

thnanks for your guide. maybe I wrote my post in a wrong place.
Actually, I am using a MicroSoft XP windows. My TOEFL program needs an
older version of the Quick Time, while iTunes wants a newer version.
