I'm sure there's an easy way to do this, but I couldn't find it
mentioned in a google search of the newsgroup.

I'd like to click a button and have an image in my FM DB display in an
external image viewer or editor (OS X Preview, Microsoft Preview in
XP). Seems like it should be "easy", but I couldn't find any
documentation on how to do this. The bundled sample image mgt db doesn'
t do this.

If someone can point me to a reference I'd much appreciate it!

Thanks,

john

For info, there is a newsgroup devoted just to FileMaker:

comp.databases.filemaker

You may want to post Filemaker questions there, and you may want to just
browse as that newsgroup has good posts from FileMaker experts on
various topics.
