Ordered iLife and Acrobat upgrade from the Applestore on 17th February.
received 'Shipment Notification' (whatever that means) by e-mail the
same day and am still waiting for the stuff. In the meantime, I have
ordered software from Adobe - it arrived next day; toner cartridges from
Printware - it arrived next day. Not long ago I ordered memory from
Crucial.com - of course, it arrived next day.

What are these people at Apple playing at!!

I ordered a wireless keyboard and a Griffin iCurve from them on Tuesday
- they arrived onThursday!
