I created a PowerPoint presentation on my Windows XP
machine, but I'm going to be presenting from my Mac PowerBook.

When I loaded the presentation onto my Mac, it all works
fine, except that the videos won't loop. I've used Slide
Show >> Animations >> Custom >> Options and checked the
"Loop until stopped" box, but to no avail. It still won't
loop them.

The videos are AVIs (which had been converted from VID),
and they loop fine on my XP machine. Any ideas?

What version of PowerPoint on the Mac are you using? Have you installed the
updates for that version?

I'm just wondering how you got AVIs to play on your Mac?

They will play using QuickTime Player (free). You can import such a file
into PowerPoint by dragging the AVI file into the slide.
