OS X 10.2.6, G4 867, Office X with every combo of updates (tried just
10.1.2, then 10.1.2 and 10.1.3)

Every time I take my PowerPoint file (8.7Mb), click once on a jpeg
photo, then go to Animation>>Customize, it crashes. I have deleted
preferences, reinstalled Office, still crashes. Trying to prepare a
talk due on Monday, any suggestions???

Jut wanted to add that i have also tried update 10.1.4, repaired
permissions etc... Crashes on two different computers.

Hi

There's a good chance that the photo is corrupt. Is it just the one photo?
If so, then delete it and replace it with a copy that you know is good.
