Do you know if this app is compatible with 10.2.6? On the site it says
10.1.5 only.

Also, how is this different from the Repair Privileges in "Disk Utility"

Thanks

Jason

To amplify what Beth wrote:

The Repair Privileges Utility in 10.1.5 does essentially the same
thing that the Repair Disk Permissions component of the Disk Utility
in 10.2.x

However, since 10.2 was a major upgrade, changes in the OS mean that
running Repair Privileges in 10.2.x will probably severely trash
your system. Use Disk Utility/Repair Disk Permissions instead.

Not in 10.2.6, you shouldn't. If you're in 10.2.x you should use the Repair
Permissions in Disk Utility, most definitely NOT the older separate Repair
Permissions tool which is ONLY for 10.1.5. It is NOT compatible with 10.2.6.
Perhaps I misunderstood, John?
