From what I understand, MAC OSX supports the Arabic font, but Office X does
not. Can anyone confirm this, and better yet provide a solution for creating
documents with both English and Arabic.
Thanks,
Troy

Re solutions, first check out previous discussions:
On the microsoft.public.mac.office.word NG, review a thread titled "Arabic"
On the same NG, in this thread "Reversing the order of footnote references
for right to left languages (Hebrew, etc.)", Andreas Prilop mentions this
website:
<http://www.hf.uib.no/smi/ksv/arabicmac.html>
And John McGhie has a good discussion of issues and workarounds.
Google Groups will search the NGs for you, you may just want to put Arabic
(also try Hebrew, and right to left) into the search subject and search both
this group and the macword NG above, as this comes up at regular intervals.
It's probably also worth googling the web to see if any individuals have
created resource pages.
