I've got VPC 6.1 w/ Win2K but need to install a 2nd OS
(Win95), of which I have the original CD. I've looked at
the HELP w/ VPC and it's useless. Is there an easy way to
do this that WORKS?!

thanks

If you're using a virtual HD you can create a new virtual machine for Win95
with its own virtual HD.
If you're using a real HD you'll have to "shrink" the [probably only]
partition you have with Partition Magic and create a new FAT16 partition for
Win95
The Win95 installation will "screw up" the boot sector of your HD and Win2k
won't be able to boot. That's why you have to install a third-party boot
manager from within Win2k. This way the boot manager will detect Win2k and
will know the settings required to boot it. Then you have to find a way to
store these setting somewhere safe. After installing Win95 you can reinstall
the boot manager and restore the settings for booting Win2k.
Note that this is procedure is theoretical and I've never tried it. I have
Win98, Win2k and RedHat on my PC and when I have to reinstall Win98 I
reinstall them in the above order (Win98, Win2k, Linux) because the Win2k
boot manager can boot to Win98 and the Linux boot manager can boot all of
them.
