the page count is stored on the controller card, not in the print engine. if you are selling it without a controller board, why should *anyone* care how many pages have been
printed on the controller that you tested it with?

likewise, without the controller card, it's just a carcass, and certainly doesn't do ethernet, with pcs or macs or commodore 64s. that's like selling a car without a
transmission as "capable of doing 100 mph".

i wish people would stop wasting newsgroup bandwidth on advertising for their ebay auctions - put it where it belongs!
