The offer expired 30 June, ie. you had to have had your application in
before then, but Apple were so slow starting shipment, then stopped, and
promised more in May. We ordered when they first became available, but
we know we're at the bottom of the food chain. Just hope there's some
left to fall this far...

I didn't know there was a food chain. We ordered ours a few weeks after
availability and had it within the promised timeframe. If you're still
waiting, I might think it's appropriate to contact someone and see
what's up.

I ordered two last Spring and received them in April. One had a bad
power supply and Apple replaced within 2 weeks at no charge. I suspect
your order was lost and it's surprising that you haven't called them yet.
